Adult Kung Fu Program 


At USA Kung Fu Academy, we like to focus on both self-defense as well as the health and fitness benefits of Kung Fu. Our program teaches our students to adopt proper body mechanics through various forms and drills. We train using a curriculum developed from traditional training with modern methods aiming to stimulate the mind and body.

Classes are two days per week. We take a great deal of pride in our professional and skilled instructors, which offer patient and individualized teaching methods allowing any student to benefit from our program. USA Kung Fu Academy fosters a positive and welcoming atmosphere making training fun and engaging. We also offer private classes that can be scheduled with us.
